edi is pleased to announce the World's First International LEED Certified Home.
Located in Grand Cayman Island and developed by GreenTech (Cayman) Limited, the New Horizons project is the first residence of its kind in the world, having been distinguished as the first home to ever attain international LEED certification via the USGBC's International Pilot Program. Incorporating the latest in ‘green' technologies, sustainable design and building, this unique residence has set a new benchmark for ‘green' building in the international marketplace. edi was the HERS and Green Rater for this project.
