This Month's Featured Project
The Cognitive Behavioral Institute of Albuquerque (CBI) is a 6,914 square foot office building in Sandia Heights of Albuquerque, New Mexico. This project has a goal of attaining LEED Platinum certification, and reducing its energy use by +50% compared to a typical office building. These high project goals go beyond eligibility for tax credits, including the Sustainable Building Tax Credit of New Mexico, but truly speak to current global resource, energy, and climate issues.
