edi office building achieves LEED® gold certification
In 2006 edi purchased and renovated our office complex to illustrate the practical application of green materials and processes. This exemplary sustainable, urban infill project is a living example of the principles we practice. By utilizing the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, EDI’s Office has become a leading example of sustainable redevelopment. Helping organizations to achieve LEED Certification for their building projects is one of the services that we offer at EDI, and we are proud to have achieved LEED gold certification for our own offices. ēo will participate as a USGBC case study becoming one of the first projects in the U.S. to apply for New Construction Certification and move directly into Existing Building Certification.
