Xavier has been working as an Architectural Project Manager since 2004 and a LEED Project Manager since 2005. Having earned a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the The Universidad Central Del Ecuador, he has experience working on various project types including commercial, banks, health care facilities, educational facilities, loft condominiums, and tenant improvements with a focus on sustainable design and energy conservation. Xavier has lived in various cities in South America, Spain, and the United States. Being of Incan descent, he believes that environmental design is essential to a healthy life and a rich culture and is the foundation for strong communities. His strong project management skills lend themselves to his specialty in the LEED for New Construction and LEED for Schools rating systems
